We are looking for a OCI DevOps Engineer to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto

The opportunity

As an OCI DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and managing applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) using Kubernetes. Your role will involve working closely with development and operations teams to design, build, and maintain deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Your key responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy applications onto OCI using Kubernetes;
- Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins;
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to create and improve infrastructure;
- Implement infrastructure as code for OCI environment;
- Monitor and maintain OCI infrastructure to meet business objectives and SLAs;
- Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack - hardware, software, network and more;
Analyse technical requirements and convert them into an automated process.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Bachelor’s de- gree in computer science or a related field;
- Proficiency in OCI, Kubernetes, and software development;
- Experience in implementing applications in OCI using Kubernetes;
- Ability to convert complex requirements into automated processes;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Experience developing CI & CD pipelines using Jenkins as a DevOps pipeline tool;
- Experience integrating DevSecOps scans with CI pipelines.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Knowledge of Compute VM - the ability to configure, deploy, and manage virtual servers in a cloud environment.
- Security - experience in implementing security protocols and measures in the cloud environment.
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator - able to use this comprehensive data integration platform that covers all data integration requirements, from high-volume, high-performance batch loads, to trickle-feed integration processes.
