We are looking for a OCI Architech to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto. 

The opportunity

As an OCI Architect, your role will involve designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and managing cloud micro-services and Kubernetes platforms while adhering to best architecture practices. You will collaborate with other teams during the design and deployment phases to ensure total integration of all systems.

Your key responsibilities

- Designing and implementing OCI solutions according to the requirements;
- Development and management of cloud microservices and Kubernetes platforms;
- Utilizing industry best practices for architecture and security;
- Engaging with other teams for system integration;
- Providing guidance and leadership to junior architects;
- Developing high-level and detailed system models;
- Researching new cloud technologies and applying emerging trends to current design models;
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise post-implementation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field;
- Proven experience as an OCI Architect;
- Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud microservices;
- Strong knowledge of OCI best practices;
- Excellent communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

- Knowledge of Compute VM - the ability to configure, deploy, and manage virtual servers in a cloud environment;
- Security - experience in implementing security protocols and measures in the cloud environment;
- Oracle Data Integrator - helpful to integrate, transform or consolidate data among various data sources efficiently.
