We are looking for a Agile Coach to integrate one of our largest international partners in the telecommunications sector.  It is one of the biggest references in the area, with a significant presence in more than 6 countries.

What you will do:

• Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in the organization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Assess the current state of Agile practices within the organization and develop strategies for improvement.
• Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Help teams define and track key performance metrics to measure Agile progress.
• Identify and address impediments and roadblocks to Agile adoption.
• Provide training and workshops to build Agile competency within the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a strategic Agile roadmap.

What you are like:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
• Coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and individuals through the Agile transformation.
• Adept at assessing and improving Agile processes.
• Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), are a plus.
• Ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to the unique needs of different teams.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest Agile trends and best practices
