Role Overview:
Neotalent is looking for a Network Support to join our teams in one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).

What you will do:

• Management, maintenance and monitoring the regional network (WAF, LB, routers, firewalls, switches);
• Working with central teams in incident/problem resolution;
• Documenting the network changes;
• Supporting teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering;
• Management of Systems, Database and Network;
• Supporting development & maintenance of company applications.

What you are like:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar similar;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Support;
• Expertise on working with Firewalls/Routing/ Switching;
• Experience in designing and implementation of high complex network and security solutions, including data center solutions;
• Expertise of network, security technologies and protocols;
• Expertise in operation of large networks;
• Technological certifications in networks and/or security are a plus (CCNA/CCNP/Other);
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
