Role Overview:

Neotalent is looking for a Workplace Engineer with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries – offices in Lisbon (hybrid).

What you will do:

The Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting company entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.

• End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune;
• L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users);
• Bug analysis/fixes;
• Feature development when necessary;
• Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity;
• Building and maintaining trust relationships with key-users to keep track of real-life usage of the solution and remain aligned with user needs;

What you are like:

• At least 3 years of experience with similar roles;
• Expertise with Intune/WIP/VPN setup;
• Experience with troubleshooting/resolving incident tickets;
• Experience with reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics)
• Experience with documentation;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
