About the job
Our Devoteam G Cloud is looking for a Data Engineer to join our Google Cloud Platform specialists.

We will rely on you to

- Support Google environments following best practices;

- Suggest improvements and optimizations that can be implemented in customer

environments;

- Creating and evolving dimensional data models & schema designs to improve accessibility of data and provide intuitive analytics;

- Teamwork along with the company's internal teams as well as customer resources;

- Training, workshops and technical explanations for the customer and internal teams;

- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast moving operational environment and you are enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree in IT or similar
• Hands-on experience with Dimensional Modelling/Kimball;
• Knowledge of SQL, Spark and/or Scala;
• Proven experience with Hadoop/Cloudera;
• Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure);
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
