Role Overview:

Neotalent is looking for a Business Support (IT Service Management) with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries – offices in Lisbon (hybrid).

What you will do:

  • Working within a team of transversal specialists based in multiple countries.
  • Supporting the team of ITIL Global Process Owners with carrying biannual surveys, maintaining governance models, managing changes, managing communications and governance.
  • Creating comprehensive and compelling presentations and documentation and expertise with communicating to large multinational audiences.

What you are like:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (Business & Data Analysis);
  • Experience in IT Service Management is valued;
  • Using of tools such as Power BI or similar;
  • Know-how of ServiceNow or other;
  • Understanding of survey methodology and analysis;
  • Expertise on Database and spreadsheet.
  • Analyzing and presenting data to a wide audience;
  • Organizing and running workshops with internal and external clients;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
