What skills do you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience with Java development.
• Expertise in Java EE, JSF/Primefaces, JPA/Hibernate, EJB, CDI, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SVN, and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong soft skills, proactivity, and empathy.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Java development.
