Must-Have:

• Experience as L2 and/or L3 Technical Support Engineer
• Experience on managing Python based applications
• Experience with unit tests and bugs fixing implementation
• Experience on development, implementation and deploy of software applications
• Proficiency with Service Desk platform
• Knowledge on incidents management according to Service Delivery / ITIL Standards
• Availability for a hybrid working model in Lisbon or Porto

Would be great if you have:

• Fluency on English, both written and spoken
• Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
