eLearning Consultant (6-month project) (m/f)

Stefanini his hiring Portugal-based eLearning consultants to join a short-term role for one of our clients.
 

• Project duration: 6 months (expected to start at the end of June 2024)
   
• Work-model: full remote

Expected tasks:

• Detection of training needs and analysis of possible solutions.
• Organizing / planning training actions.
• Coordination with the other parties involved (training department, specific departments involved, content providers, tutoring providers, etc.), on the planning and preparation of training.
• Design of training / programs / training resources.
• Coordination of the annual training plan.
• Coordination of the client's training team.
• Reporting of training activity.
• Coordination with the client regarding new initiatives.
• Holding regular coordination meetings with the client.
• Management of training itineraries
• Monitoring of online and face-to-face learning environments.

Role requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in management/administration of e-learning environments (Learning Management Systems).
• Ability to communicate directly with clients.
• Creative aptitude.
• Experience in the management of training itineraries.
• Experience in the management of communities, social groups, forums, dynamization of training environments.
• Experience in monitoring learning environments.
• Experience in training in the banking sector (nice-to-have).
• Portuguese fluency
• English and Spanish fluency (nice to have)
