Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Cloud Architect who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement security architectures for the company computer systems and networks.
  • Design, build, and implement enterprise-class security systems for a production cloud environment.
  • Align standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
  • Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure design and development of systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on information security best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • +2 years experience working as a Cloud Architect;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as cloud management platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) security designs.
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with various network and host-based security applications and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and encryption technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including, NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck and ISO 27000 series.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent level of English;
  • Residing in Porto (Hybrid role).
