What are we looking for?
• Strong experience in implementing, supporting & managing IT Asset Management (ITAM) in ServiceNow;
• Excellent experience implementing CMDB in ServiceNow;
• Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) components including service catalog, incident/problem/change/request management, and knowledge management;
• Prior experience of discovery implementation in ServiceNow (good to have);
• Knowledge of Service Graph Connector (good to have);
• Understanding of ITIL concepts (good to have);
• Familiarity with Configuration Management System (CMS) Data Model (CSDM) and its relation with CMDB (good to have);
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
