Job description/ responsibilities

We are looking for a Network Support Technician to be a part of our Customer Services team that is responsible for network systems implementation,  maintaining existing systems and highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal.

What do we value in you?

  • Experience in networking and telecom systems;
    You must be a passionate for networking and telecom systems;
    Understanding of networking protocols;
    Availability to work in shifts;
    Fluent in portuguese and english;
    A Technical course or Degree in Networks, Electronics or IT Engineering.
