Senior UX Researcher (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Propose, plan and execute UX research activities for digital payments products, following best practices;
• Carry out market analysis and research to understand trends, business needs, user behavior and preferences;
• Apply various quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys and usability tests, to obtain information about the product and its use;

• Translate research results into practical solutions that increase user satisfaction and engagement, while simultaneously solving the company's needs;

• Plan and carry out prototype tests to test the main assumptions in terms of feasibility and usability;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research results into actionable product strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as UX Designer or in similar roles;
• Proven experience in research methodologies in a B2B environment, preferably technology-oriented;

• Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods;

• Proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office;

• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills;

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
