Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Windows System Administrator/Automation Engineer to join our Windows Server team, within the BPCE IT business unit, who thrives on complex challenges and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture, Installation, and Configuration of the Technical Platforms;
• Good function of all the platforms and services;
• Operations - Incident and Change handling;
• Infrastructure administration (SCCM/MEM et IVANTI);
• Automation and API development;
• Install and config the Windows Server Systems;
• Guarantee the availability and good function of all systems and services;
• Troubleshoot and solve the level 2 and 3 incidents;
• Propose and implement corrections to avoid future incidents;
• Actively participate in the Capacity Planning;
• Follow and implement the best security practices;
• Ensure the right level of service quality in line with the requirements of Service Contracts (SLAs) in your area of responsibility;
• Implement and maintain the rules of good management and usability of systems and/or products;
• Actively participate in the Industrialization and Automation process.

Requirements:

• Know-how on Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022);
• Expertise on the following points:
• CI/CD (Bitbucket/Jenkins/etc.) for process automation and industrialization;
• Development in PowerShell and C#;
• MECM (SCCM);
• Good communication skills;
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker;
• Availability to: On Duty Calls and, punctual trips to France.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field;
• A fluent level of English, and French is a plus.
