Responsabilities
Main/immediate responsibilities: design, development and life-cycle management of a Web Automation solution (automatic extraction and parsing of confidential data/files). You will be responsible for implementing algorithms used to automate the operations usually performed manually by human beings (ex: getting to a website, authenticating, downloading some specific document, opening the document and extracting some specific useful information).
Other/future responsibilities: after getting a strong OO C# background, you will have opportunities to participate in several other projects and use/learn technologies like Windows Azure (Cloud Services, Azure SQL, Storage, other), Entity Framework, ASP.NET (MVC, WebApi), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS etc...
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- Academic/professional OO design/development knowledge.
- Academic/professional experience with at least one of the following languages: C#, Visual Basic, Java, Python, C++, or other languages with object-oriented features.
- Basic understanding/knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP(S)).
- Ability to adapt to new environments and interested in picking up new skills/technologies.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory), Portuguese (a plus) and/or French (a plus);
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to provide hands-on assistance where needed;
- Desire to work within an Agile/Scrum framework
- European Work Permit
