Must-Have:

• +5 years of experience in project management or team lead
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
• Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience on analysis, planning, organization and prioritize tasks
• Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
• Experience in the financial and payment sector and/or digital solutions area
• Experience in managing IT projects and C-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in other Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA/Confluence/Atlas
• Fluent or good knowledge of English and Spanish
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team spirit

Would be great if you have:

• Proficiency in PowerBI/Microstrategy.
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
• PMO Certification
