Randstad is hiring a ERP Data Architect, for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

This professional will be responsible for Enterprise Data Architecture; designing, building, and applying Data Architecture standards; support business stakeholders; propose actions and implement plans.

- Support, govern and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned Data Strategy across the company.
- Represent the design authority for any changes impacting any Data Modelling.
- Design the changes in data modelling solution that meet the needs of the organization, while also adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture, including data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Design and implement conceptual, logical and physical data models, data flow diagrams, data
dictionaries, and other relevant artifacts that describe data structures, relationships, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other technical teams to identify and
prioritize data requirements, use cases, and data sources.
- Work with data governance officers, data engineers, and other IT to ensure the efficient and effective integration, transformation, storage, and retrieval of data across various systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain metadata repositories and data lineage documentation to track data sources, transformations, and usage.
- Ensure that data models are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory and privacy requirements.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards, data validation rules, and data profiling techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Develop and maintain data standards, and procedures to ensure that data assets are managed and used in accordance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data architecture
and modeling practices.

requisitos/requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as ERP Solution architect and /or responsible of ERP implementations.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, and their implementation (including modules : supply chain, asset management, finance).
- Knowledge of decentralized ERP architecture with replication mechanism.
- Good customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Experience working with vendors and third-party providers to integrate software solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is valued.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills and solution-oriented.
- English communication skills (intermediate level B2 is a mandatory requirement, interviews will be in English).

Direct contract, health and life insurance, meal allowance of 9€/work day, annual bonus up to 8% (company results and individual performance), 40€ / month transportation + pension plan.
