We are Aubay Portugal, a multi-national of French origin, in Portugal since 2007. With offices in Lisbon and Oporto, we are a consultant specialized in the Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent;

• Set up the company's expert division covering the areas of activity that the company wishes to develop as part of its strategy:;

• Manage and lead cross-functional initiatives: expert communities, technical, business and methodological training courses, certification of operational resources;

• Propose and implement new initiatives in line with the company's ambitions;

• Consolidate company's technical orientations in liaison with the Architects and/or Design Authorities and customer entities, and propose areas of synergy, development, etc.;

• Monitor the progress of projects to enhance the skills of operational staff, in liaison with the company's Offer Development and Integration department;

• Support in the construction of dashboards and operational reporting, including KPIs, and provide support in setting up KPIs or auditing code, security and performance;

• Proven experience in Java, Spring, Angula, Kafka, iOS, Android, Spark;

• Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (mandatory);

• Must be currently in Portugal.
