For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Hands-on experience in creating a new framework from scratch for a rule engine, and providing architectural support for a DCM (Decision/Case Management) application.
• Strong coding skills in Java full stack technologies, including: Java 8/13, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservice Architecture, REST APIs.
• Ability to technically guide a small squad, including Tech Leads, Developers, and Testers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose value-added improvements and optimization ideas.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to stretch when needed and work closely with the Principal Architect to meet critical deadlines.
• Proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on avoiding customer escalations.
