What is this challenge about:

• Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring security, governance, and high performance.
• Oversee identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID, applying policies for Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Teams, including voice, telephony integration, and compliance.
• Ensure robust Sharepoint Online administration, covering governance, permissions, and migrations.
• Automate operations through PowerShell and related tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Graph API.
• Contribute to migration initiatives from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring, security, and adherence to Zero Trust principles.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Deep expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and Sharepoint Online.
• Solid skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and monitoring practices.
• Proven track record in managing migration projects from on-prem to M365/Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and proactive approach.
• Experience with hybrid AD environments, Jira, or IronPort is a plus..
• Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Porto Office.
