Role:

• As part of the Group’s digital transformation, a large-scale migration program from Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA is being rolled out across 30 international subsidiaries.
• We are looking for an Functional Consultant / SAP – Functional Assistant to join the Core Model team in the Sales & Customer Relations domain.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the functional consistency of the SAP Core Model with Sales & Customer Relationship business processes.
• Validate deliverables provided by the integrator (design, configuration, specifications).
• Participate in the training and support of key users in the pilot subsidiary.
• Support the deployment of the Core Model across various subsidiaries.
• Contribute to functional documentation and training materials.
• Take part in functional testing (UAT) and validation of specifications.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (Business or Information Systems).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales & Customer Relationship.
• Previous participation in ERP projects (transformation or deployment).
• Knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) is an asset.
• Excellent level of English (international environment).
• Strong understanding of Sales & CRM business processes.
• Ability to challenge integrators and formalize business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and user-oriented mindset.
• Rigor, autonomy, and team spirit.

Important information:

• Must be based in Portugal.
