Cloudflare Platform Engineer

TARBASE is hiring a Cloudflare Platform Engineer to join the team.

We are a young, professional and passionate team with projects deployed all around the world.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, another science or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Cloudflare services across multiple categories:
  • Application security: Web Application Firewall, L7 DDoS protection, API security, Bot management
  • Application performance: CDN, DNS, Smart routing, Load balancing
  • Networking and SASE: L3/4 DDoS protection, Firewall-as-a-service, Network Interconnect, NaaS/SD-WAN
  • Workspace security: Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers and serverless edge computing
• Understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS protocols
• Ability to code and build scripts (Python, Bash)
• Experience with API integration and automation

Nice to have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and SASE architectures
• Understanding of DDoS mitigation strategies and WAF rule creation
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Cloudflare Analytics)
• Knowledge of containerized environments and edge computing patterns
