AWS Data Engineer (Senior)

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for building and optimizing data pipelines

• Experience designing ETL/ELT processes and working with large datasets

• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, SCD, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with AWS data services (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift)

• Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks such as PySpark

• Experience using modern data formats (Parquet, ORC) and NoSQL solutions

• Ability to work in hybrid teams and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Availability for a hybrid schedule in Lisbon (2x/week onsite)
