Lead Pricing Operations & Program Manager

We are looking for a Lead Pricing Operations & Program Manager for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

-Prior experience supporting price execution and operationalizing pricing decisions;
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
-Bachelors in Business, Operations, or related field or MBA, PMP certification a plus;
-Strong understanding of CRM/CPQ workflows and SKU strategy and design;
-Prior experience in pricing operations;
-Experienced in pricing process improvement and documentation;
-Excellent time management and communication skills;
-Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and billing tools (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite);
-Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, dashboards);
-Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
-Comfortable managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders;
-Strong understanding of pricing workflows and cross-functional dependencies;
-Understands SaaS and PaaS pricing fundamentals;
-Ability to communicate pricing rationale to cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Legal);
-Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional pricing readiness projects;
-Prior experience collaborating with Digital / IT to implement pricing and discount logic;
-Strong project management skills;
-Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills;
-Experience developing business requirements and tracking issues in JIRA or similar tools;
-Strong ability to translate pricing strategy into operational execution;
-Ability to coordinate governance cadence, meeting agendas, and roadmap updates;
-Working knowledge of SKU design and price-book configuration in CPQ for promos and billing plans;
-Fluent in English.
