What is this challenge about:

• Manage and organize project-related information, documentation, and contracts.
• Support project tracking activities, including timelines, deliverables, and progress monitoring.
• Perform cost analysis and financial control across projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and server/cost allocation when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support audit response processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions for optimization.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure adherence to methodologies and governance standards.

What we are looking for:

• +3 years of experience working as a PMO
• Experience in managing information, contracts, and project activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in cost control.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Experience supporting projects and analyzing servers/cost structures is valued.
• Critical thinking skills with ability to propose process improvements.
• Experience handling audits and compliance requirements.
• Financial management competencies.
• Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
• Fluent level of English.
