Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team of our client - a company specialized in the telecommunications sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs;
• Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization;
• Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines;
• Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.

What will be required from you?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other similar area;
• At least 04 years of experience in ServiceNow development;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting;
• Background in one or more ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, or UI Builder - would be valued;.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS - CSM/ITSM/HRSD/HAM-SAM) are a plus;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset;
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow within the ServiceNow platform;
• An openness to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong team culture;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
