YOUR MISSION
Develop HR solutions (ABAP), through processes improvement, standardization and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance and accuracy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support and help implement SAP SuccessFactors;
- Develop and debug complex ABAP programs for SAP HR modules;
- Expertise in SAP Business Integration Builder is required;
- Translate functional needs into technical specs and documentation;
- Coordinate external SAP developers;
- Support software rollouts and updates;
- Collaborate with teams in Europe and South America.
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
- 2+ years in SAP ABAP development, ideally in HR modules;
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business Integration Builder;
- Experience with Outsystems, OpenText, and SAP architecture is a plus;
- Proactive, analytical, organized, with strong English skills.
