Job Description:

We are looking for a Grafana Observability & Data Developer to join our team in Porto. You will be responsible for developing advanced Grafana dashboards and driving the modernization of our visualization tools, as part of a strategic MDG/OEG Viewer replacement project.

Must-Have

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Grafana, creating and maintaining dashboards based on technical or functional requirements
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and/or large-scale data visualization platforms
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries for analytical and time-series data
• Experience automating dashboard delivery across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java (e.g. for automation or tooling)
• Experience working with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS)
• English proficiency at least at B2 level

Would be great if you have

• Experience optimizing queries and dashboards for large datasets and high-performance requirements
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, including query optimization and performance tuning
