What is this challenge about:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management, ensuring clear prioritization and maximum value delivery.
- Identify, manage, and proactively remove impediments (technical, organizational, or people-related).
- Promote Agile estimating and planning practices aligned with team capacity and delivery goals.
- Act as an internal Agile coach, helping teams become self-organized, high-performing, and fully Agile.
- Encourage and support Agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Driven Development, and automated testing.
- Track and analyze Agile metrics (e.g., velocity vs productivity) to support data-driven improvements.
- Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, reporting, and effective collaboration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of an Agile Center of Excellence within a multinational fintech environment.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Scrum Master certification (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
- Proven experience with Agile estimating, planning, and Scrum artifacts.
- Solid knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, including: Automated testing techniques, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, Test Driven Development
- Experience working with Agile metrics such as velocity and productivity.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Background in software development is valued.
- Strong communication, analytical, and active listening skills.
- Living in Porto, Coimbra or Lisbon.
- Fluent level of English.
