 What is this challenge about

• Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software components within the product ecosystem;
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and business stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into digital solutions;
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements that enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability;
• Implement and maintain tests and participate in testing activities;
• Review code, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards within the teams
• Contribute to release preparation, including technical documentation and deployment activities;
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), actively participate in demo sessions, and ensure clear, reliable documentation to help users adopt the product;
• Handle functional and technical service requests from business stakeholders, providing timely and effective support;
• Help create technical items on the product backlog, phrase them in a value-oriented manner understandable by business stakeholders, and support the product owner to prioritize these according to value delivered.

 What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles;
• Strong knowledge about .NET 8 and microservices;
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, RabbitMQ, NHibernate, Entity Framework;
• Familiarity with Architecture & Patterns: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture,
• Design Patterns;
• Experience with Testing & CI/CD: xUnit / NUnit, Azure DevOps Pipelines;
• Strong grasp of software design principles, clean coding practices, and architectural thinking;
• Experience working with complex systems and maintaining large codebases over time;
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders fluently;
• Fluency in Portuguese and in English; knowledge of either French or Dutch is a plus.
