As a Senior OpenShift / DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, BPCE SI (Lease Applications), a leading IT services provider supporting Groupe BPCE’s banking operations. Your mission will be to lead the design, administration, and automation of container platforms, advancing CI/CD processes for critical banking applications. Your main responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices by integrating security policies, network configurations, and vulnerability management into platform operations.
• Set up and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Develop, test, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing ArgoCD, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Tekton.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm to automate provisioning and configurations.
• Support and mentor development teams, facilitating onboarding onto OpenShift and promoting cloud-native architecture standards.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, systems integration, or related fields with strong containerization expertise.
• Advanced mastery of Red Hat OpenShift administration, networking, and security.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL / CentOS) and core networking protocols.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with Ansible and Terraform.
• Fluent/Native command of French and excellent command of English (both verbal and written).

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Red Hat Certifications: EX280 / EX288 or equivalent (CKA / CKAD).
• Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent/Native French — essential for daily collaboration with French-based stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
