Senior AI/ML Engineer

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, digital platforms or large-scale technology environments;
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI;
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models;
• Experience working with Agentic AI solutions;
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring and observability;
• Experience defining or implementing AI solutions in complex environments;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions and pipelines;
• Develop, fine-tune and operationalize Large Language Models;
• Implement automation and CI/CD practices for AI systems;
• Support the orchestration and lifecycle management of AI agents;
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize AI models and services;
• Collaborate with engineering, data and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon.
