We are looking for an Amazing: IT Support Technician

Seniority: Mid-level (4+ years)

Type of position: Onsite in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Experience in IT Desktop Support L1/L2.
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Messaging environments.
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting desktop systems, laptops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Experience with application installation, troubleshooting and reinstallation.
• Experience with incident and request management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of corporate networking, Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with MFD/printing support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating system builds and deployment.
• Experience supporting users with different technical profiles and needs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across different applications and technologies.
• Ability to manage a high-tempo production environment while also contributing to projects.
• Experience with mobile device support.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different locations when required.
• Availability to work 100% onsite in Lisbon.
