Job Description: Technical direction of infrastructure, security and platform operations within a regulated setting. Responsibility for security baselines, access controls, resilience safeguards and day-to-day operating routines, plus close alignment with DevOps, Microsoft and backend teams for stable environments matching agreed service levels.

Must-Have:

• 10+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years heading technical teams or cross-domain engineering initiatives
• Strong cloud background combined with hybrid architecture design
• Solid know-how of Microsoft enterprise platforms
• Definition and enforcement of security baselines
• Demonstrated experience in IAM and modern authentication
• Track record with DevSecOps practices, automation and CI/CD in regulated contexts
• Mandatory professional certification relevant to the field
• Availability for recurring travel to Belgium
• Fluent English

Would be great if you have:

• Hands-on AWS experience
• Exposure to audit support and compliance activities
• Validation of complex changes
