Job Description: Administration, maintenance and optimization of SQL Server environments. Focus on availability, security, data integrity and high performance across production and development databases.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of proven experience in SQL Server administration within complex environments
• Strong command of T-SQL, including queries, procedures, functions and indexes
• Advanced experience in performance monitoring and tuning, using SQL Server Profiler, Extended Events, Performance Monitor and DMVs
• Performance optimization covering SQL code analysis, index analysis and execution plan analysis
• Solid knowledge of high availability solutions, including Always On, Clustering, Log Shipping and Replication
• Hands-on experience with backup and recovery within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Practical experience with SSIS and SSAS
• Scripting and automation of routine DBA tasks, such as backups, reindexing and monitoring
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Good communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams

Would be great if you have:

• Relevant Microsoft certification in SQL Server administration
• Proactive, autonomous mindset in identifying and driving performance improvements
