Join the yellow team as our new QA Engineer (Mid/Senior)!
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a challenging project in the healthcare sector, combining a strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes with hands-on experience in functional testing and test automation.
Responsibilities
Define, plan and execute test strategies and test plans.
Design and execute manual, functional, regression and exploratory tests.
Ensure the functional and technical quality of web applications.
Manage test cases, test suites and requirements traceability.
Identify, document and track defects through resolution.
Develop and maintain automated UI and API/backend tests.
Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Development, Product and Support teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Explore the application of AI to software testing activities.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
Strong experience in manual, functional and exploratory testing.
Experience with UI test automation using Playwright or equivalent tools.
Experience in API/backend testing.
Familiarity with GitHub or Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
ISTQB certification.
Experience with Azure Test Plans.
Experience or interest in AI-assisted testing, test case generation and automation optimisation.
Important Information
Location: Lisbon - Marquês de Pombal.
Work model: Hybrid, 3 mandatory on-site days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Seniority: Mid/Senior.
Employment: Full-time.
