Job Description: You'll join a delivery team in a Commercial Order Management context, working closely with the client through the analysis and solution design phases.

Must-Have:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commercial Order Management and/or Omnistudio
• Experience gathering and analysing functional requirements with business and IT stakeholders
• Experience writing User Stories and acceptance criteria, and producing functional documentation
• Experience with end-to-end functional solution design in Salesforce
• Experience managing backlogs using Jira and Confluence, and supporting development teams
• Experience analysing impacts, risks and dependencies between features and systems
• Experience supporting UAT and go-live phases
• Experience facilitating workshops and alignment sessions with clients
• Strong communication skills and a client-facing profile
• Fluent English

Would be great if you have:

• Experience in a Telco context, particularly with Customer Care, Field Service, or Commercial Order Management projects
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce, including configuration, flows and integrations
• Salesforce certifications, such as Business Analyst, Administrator, or Service Cloud
