Our platform is deployed on AWS and consists of several layers: frontend on Angular, backend APIs and services on NodeJs, and distributed ledger implemented on Hyperledger Fabric enterprise blockchain framework. Our approach to building this platform is simple to articulate, but complex to execute. We continue to focus on expanding and improving our platform and features.

Our global team consists of 40+ professionals located in the 3 countries with headquarters based in Houston and representative offices in New York, Silicon Valley (USA), Lisbon (Portugal) and Kyiv/Lviv/Kharkiv (Ukraine). Our goal is an ambitious one, the creation of a modernized private securities market.
