KITO Health is a not-for-profit venture, whose aim is to provide a free and reliable symptom checker combined with tailored medical advice for children living in Kenya. This med-tech solution will be particularly valuable in regions where access to health care may be limited, to aid parents and carers to make informed decisions about their child’s health. Grant funding is the initial source of support. Our multicultural team, led by Dr. Marcus Harbord, is spread around the world, namely in Portugal, the UK and Kenya.
