At Oakmont we understand the often critical need for dynamic high growth businesses to rapidly identify & acquire the very best tech talent, where competition for skills is intense. We also recognise and champion the approach of those organizations who actively look to promote the benefits of developing a workforce based upon providing Equal Opportunities and which encourages diversity in the workplace. Independent research has proven that implementing a talent acquisition strategy which incorporates these elements, has a direct and positive impact on creativity and performance. Oakmont is determined to support our customers in addressing these issues and as such we have developed several initiatives to present our customers with the widest possible spectrum of qualified tech talent.
