The Role:
As a Release Manager at Critical Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful release of our software, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like DevOps, expertly planning, coordinating, and executing software releases.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure that the results of software releases are checked on a daily basis
  • Provide feedback on releases and ensure that each release has its own documentation
  • Review and address tickets related to DevOps/customer installations
  • Regular communication with the team and the customer
  • Responsible for installation checklist and maintain records of each release and its dependencies
  • Perform troubleshooting in both internal and external installations
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Assure delivery quality and monitor delivery performance

What you must have:

  • More than 2 years of experience in software development or release management
  • Degree in software/computer engineering
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Powershell
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience in managing MS SQL Server infrastructures
  • Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent English skills – spoken and written

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

  • Experience with C# .NET technologies
  • Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
