What is this challenge about

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile principles and practices are consistently applied.
• Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and product planning.
• Guide the team in Agile estimating, planning, and delivery to maximize value.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments (technical, organizational, or people-related).
• Act as an internal coach, enabling teams to become self-organized, fully Agile, and high-performing.
• Promote Agile practices related to software engineering, including automated testing, TDD, CI/CD.
• Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity and productivity.
• Encourage craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and alignment with business goals.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Agile practices for software engineering (automated testing, TDD, CI/CD).
• Skilled in using Jira and Confluence for Agile management.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum artifacts, ceremonies, and Agile planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
• Fluent level of English.
