For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience;
• Analytical skills and experience conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution design to support organizational needs;
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking clients, partners and cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes;
• Proficiency creating detailed documentation and specifications in French and English, to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders;
• Understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies as well as the capability to adapt to and effectively use new business solutions and tools;
• Experience in Banking or Finance domain is a plus;
• Fluency in French and English is required (B2 Level);
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, in Porto.
