For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, API integration, and AI pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with graph databases and vector databases
• Familiarity with graph algorithms (e.g., shortest paths, centrality, community detection, semantic linking)
• Deep understanding of embeddings, vector search, and similarity measures (cosine similarity, dot product, etc.)
• Experience with prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning
• Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks
• Experience with deep learning and neural networks (Plus)
• Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision (Plus)
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for remote work based in Portugal
