For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry/environment
• At least 5 years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a development environment
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (technology, development, integrations, modules)
• Proven software implementation and/or system deployment experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution development acumen
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator, or ServiceNow Application Developer, or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Professional experience with JavaScript, Jelly, .NET, and integration via web services
• ITIL Foundation certification (Plus)
• Experience with software development lifecycles (Plus)
• Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese (B2)
• Availability for a remote work based in Portugal
