We are looking for a Scrum Master for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon.

Requirements:
- Experience in Sprint Planning and User Stories;
- Strong Analytical Skills;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Strong problem-solving mindset;
- Familiarity with Software Development processes and methodologies;
-Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team;
- Certification as a SCRUM Master (mandatory);
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Analytical thinking and critical mindset;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Proactivity and a passion for solving challenges;
- Experience in Governmental projects
