We are looking for a Application Support a hybrid/remote project based in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in application support, ideally with web-based apps.
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance diagnostics.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows environments and application logs.
- Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure) and Docker is a plus.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for task automation are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Desirable: Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and agile environments.
