We are looking for our next IT Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus;
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role;
  • In-depth understanding of business processes and principles;
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques;
  • Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting;
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;
  • Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements;
  • Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases;
  • Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes;
  • Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation;
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
  • Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases;
  • Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Fluent in English.
