We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Application Manager, to integrate directly the team of our client - a reference company in the industry sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Support and ensure the operational functionality of various corporate processes implemented in the SAP SuccessFactors application, specifically in modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and others;
- Manage business key users in their interactions with the tool, identifying continuous improvement actions to enhance the platform;
- Plan and manage updates according to the product roadmap and schedule aligned with external providers;
- Actively participate in projects within the area and in implementations across multiple geographies where the group operates (Portugal, Brazil, Canada, etc.).
What is required from you?
- Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas;
- Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including support activities, product management, or technical implementation of projects;
- Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions;
- Fluent in Portuguese, with a minimum English proficiency level of B1-B2.
